At present, Jurek is looking for a customer service-oriented customer service representative for a assignment starting in August 2026 and running through the end of the year. We are currently seeking a consultant to handle incoming citizen inquiries within a public sector organization. The assignment starts on August 17, 2026, and runs until December 31, 2026.

In this role, you will have a central function where you interact with citizens daily through various channels. You will be responsible for providing professional service and guidance via both telephone and email. As needed, you will also staff the reception and welcome visitors in person.

The work involves a varied pace and requires you to handle multiple cases in parallel while always maintaining a positive attitude and a high level of service.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others. You are flexible in your working style, easy to collaborate with colleagues, and capable of working independently.

• Experience in customer service and/or reception work

• Good digital maturity

• Good knowledge of Office 365
