• Collaborate with digital product managers and business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and concrete insights for digital teams.

• Support the design and implementation of digital solutions that create measurable business value.

• Work closely with digital product managers, product owners, developers, architects, and UX specialists in a collaborative environment.

• Contribute to prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvements within various initiatives.

• Act as a trusted link between the business and the digital organization, contributing to alignment and progress.

We are looking for you with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust between different functions and perspectives. You have a proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented approach, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear recommendations. We expect you to meet the following requirements:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digitalization, IT, or change management for at least 5 years.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as leading dialogue with stakeholders.

• Good understanding of business processes, digital products, and agile ways of working.
