Social Administrator responsible for Fee Processing

We are now looking for a social administrator responsible for fee processing within elder care and social services.
With us, you become part of an operation where structure, customer service, and collaboration are important parts of the daily work. The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with case handlers, managers, and other functions within the municipality.
About the position
As a social administrator, you work with administrative processes related to social services operations. A central part of the assignment is fee processing within home care and special housing, among other areas.
The role also includes contributing to the development and modernization of administrative methods and routines, with a focus on quality, structure, and sustainable processes.
The work involves, among other things:
- processing and administering fees according to current legislation and guidelines
- collecting, registering, and following up on supporting documents
- working in and developing digital administrative processes and system support
- contributing to efficient and legally secure workflows
- providing information and support to users, relatives, and operations
- handling invoice data and administrative systems
- supporting the operation in other administrative tasks
- contributing to order, structure, and development of administrative routines
The position involves many contact points and requires both precision and good customer service skills.
We are looking for you who
- have post-secondary education in social administration, administration, public administration, or other education that the employer deems relevant.
- Experience of social administrative work within social services or other authority-operated operations is meritorious.
- have good administrative skills and enjoy working in a structured manner
- are confident in digital working methods and see opportunities in developing administrative processes
- have good computer skills and find it easy to get into different operation systems
- express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
- appreciate the combination of administration and development work
It is meritorious if you have experience of:
- fee processing within municipal operations
- social administrative work and administrative support within authority operations
- work within social services or other authority-operated operations
We view it very positively if you have completed LIA (Work Integrated Learning) within the authority operations of social services.
