We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Tax Operations Specialist for an exciting assignment within a global organization. You will become part of an established tax function with specialists in corporate tax, VAT, social security contributions, and transfer pricing.

The role offers the opportunity to work on complex international tax issues in a business-oriented environment with numerous contact points, both internally and externally.

As a Senior Tax Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in corporate taxation and international tax. You are expected to contribute specialist knowledge, drive important tax matters, and ensure compliance with current regulations.

Your areas of responsibility include:

• Handling questions related to GloBE/Pillar 2
• Driving international tax cases with tax authorities and other agencies
• Leading and administering tax audits and handling authority requests
• Monitoring and reporting the status of international tax cases globally
• Ensuring compliance with administrative obligations within international taxation
• Monitoring and analyzing new legislative initiatives and their impact on operations
• Participating in projects to ensure correct tax treatment
• Acting as an advisor to finance departments and international operations on tax-related matters
• Educating and guiding the organization regarding corporate taxation
• Preparing and reviewing Swedish income tax returns within the group
• Handling withholding tax reconciliations
• Responsible for MDR/DAC6 reporting

• A university degree in law or economics
• Extensive experience in qualified work within corporate taxation for large companies
• Experience from, for example, audit firms, tax advisory firms, tax authorities, or internal tax functions
• Good knowledge of Tax Accounting
• Experience with international tax issues
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing
• Good understanding of accounting, financial processes, and business operations
• Fluent English in both speech and writing
• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
