The company is in an expansion phase and is currently building structures, offerings, and future positioning. The right person will play a central role in this development.

As a Business Lawyer, you work independently with your own client relationships and serve as a strategic legal sounding board for growth companies, tech companies, and entrepreneur-driven businesses.

You will be working with, among other things:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Customer agreements, supplier agreements, SaaS agreements, and consulting agreements
• Partner, distribution, and collaboration agreements
• Business-oriented legal advice related to clients' commercial operations

• New share issues and capital raising
• Shareholder agreements and ownership matters
• Incentive programs
• Corporate governance and board matters
• Restructurings and corporate law projects

• Ongoing legal advice to startups, scale-ups, and SMEs
• Close collaboration with founders, management teams, and boards
• Strategic support in business-critical decisions

• Contribute to the development of the client's AI-driven working model
• Identify more efficient ways of working and legal processes
• Help shape the future legal services

We are looking for you who combine legal integrity with business understanding. We also believe your skills backpack includes:

• A recognized law degree
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate law and commercial contract law
• Background from a law firm, in-house, or qualified consultancy
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Desirable experience:

• SaaS agreements or digital business models
• Startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneur-driven companies
• Advisory close to management, board, or founders
• Life Science, MedTech, or Biotech

You are confident in your legal expertise and have the ability to translate it into business value.
