About the assignment

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist for a consultancy assignment with our client in Gothenburg. The assignment is scheduled to start on August 24, 2026, and run through December 20, 2026, with a possibility of extension. The position is 100% full-time. The work is primarily performed at the client's premises in Gothenburg, although remote work may occur.

Your responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will become an important part of an engaged HR team where you work closely with the business's managers and support them throughout the recruitment process. The role has a clear focus on recruitment but also offers the opportunity to contribute to other HR-related areas based on the business's needs and your experience.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are driven, communicative, and flexible.

You will primarily work with:

• Driving and supporting recruitment processes from needs analysis to employment.
• Working closely with managers and providing support throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Creating job profiles and advertisements.
• Conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks.
• Handling recruitment administration according to existing processes and guidelines.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and methods.
• Supporting managers with various HR-related questions.
• Updating and developing templates and routines within the occupational health and safety area.

Your qualifications

• A university degree with a focus on HR issues or another academic education deemed relevant.
• At least three (3) years of work experience from similar work.
• Previous work experience in recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR systems.
• Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
