As a Business Change Manager within DSV Lead Logistics, you lead and support change initiatives that improve ways of working, systems, and customer deliveries. You work at the heart of the transformation – where people, processes, and technology meet.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for change management in large-scale projects and implementations.
You will:
- Drive change management through all phases
- Support customer and system implementations
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements
- Act as a link between business, IT, and operations
- Translate needs into system solutions
- Create documentation and training materials
- Ensure UAT and rollout
- Manage risks, impact, and resistance to change
Your profile
You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at creating structure and collaboration.
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant education or experience
- Experience in change management, business analysis, or logistics
- Understanding of project work
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Very good English proficiency
Preferred qualifications:
- TMS experience (e.g., Blue Yonder)
- Jira / Confluence
- ADKAR or similar frameworks
