Job Responsibilities
The role of School Unit Manager involves:
- Collaborating with the principal in the school's daily management on delegation
- Participating in student health work
- Developing systematic quality work
- Taking responsibility for school processes, such as developing work on safety and study environment, and student support
- Developing the quality of teaching
- Working administratively with issues such as premises, orders, and timetabling
Who are we looking for?
To fit the role, you have:
- A university degree in pedagogy
- Experience in leadership roles within the school sector
A principal's education or other equivalent leadership training is meritorious as some personnel responsibility is included.
You are goal- and result-oriented with a clear focus on quality. We would appreciate if you have experience in planning, following up, and evaluating the school's quality and/or student health work. The role also requires integrity along with a willingness and ability to collaborate.
