RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you with appropriate teacher qualifications and certification. In this position, you are responsible for planning, leading, and teaching woodwork and metalwork for grades 3–6 in primary school.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal Competencies: We are looking for you who have appropriate teacher qualifications and certification, or relevant professional experience.

Personal Competencies: You are skilled at adapting your teaching based on grade level, students' different knowledge levels, and prerequisites. You have a passion and commitment to the subject, as well as to working with students and colleagues. As a teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment where students feel curiosity and a desire to learn, both now and in the future. You create a safe, inspiring, and challenging learning environment.

You understand the shared mission and work actively to make it as good as possible. You are independent, have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment without being dependent on others. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward.

The position is 20–30% full-time. We offer a 6-month probationary period.
