Kvarnsveden School is a preschool to grade 6 school with approximately 500 students, located in a beautiful industrial area with close proximity to both forests and excellent activity areas. The school's surroundings – Sjöberget, Kvarnsveden IP, and Mellsta Sports Centre – provide great opportunities for movement and outdoor learning.

For us, it is important that we work together with the students' best interests in mind. The school has a well-functioning after-school center. Naturally, our core values will appeal to you!

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher with us, you work closely with the students and together with colleagues in an engaged grade level or work team. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching, and actively contribute to the school's pedagogical development. Relationship-building, security, and clear communication are central parts of your role.

With us, you become part of an engaged team where your ideas and competence are valued. You will work in an environment that encourages creativity, security, and development – for both students and staff.

Qualifications

Basic requirements for the position:

  • Qualified teacher (legitimerad lärare).
  • Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

Personal qualities:

  • Good teamwork skills in a work team where relationship-building and communication are extremely important for mutual development.
  • Active and accustomed to adapting activities to different needs and conditions.

Meritorious qualifications:

  • Experience working in primary school.
  • Experience of collaboration in work teams.
  • Experience of adapting teaching to students' different needs.

Terms of Employment

  • Salary: Monthly salary.
  • Employment type: Permanent position.
  • Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-11.
  • Working hours: Daytime.

In connection with the interview, you as a candidate must provide proof of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES or a valid work and residence permit.
