Nygårdskolan is a multicultural F-6 school (grades 1-6) in Borlänge Municipality with approximately 275 students. The school is located in a beautiful environment close to nature. Job Responsibilities

One of our teachers will be on leave starting from April 2026. We are now looking for you who, together with staff, school leadership, and students, want to drive and develop teaching in grades 4-6.

As a teacher with us, you plan, carry out, document, and evaluate teaching based on current regulatory documents and legislation. We work in subject and stage work groups, which means educators have the opportunity to develop together. Participation in collegial dialogues and development groups is part of the assignment. We continuously develop our pedagogical activities to ensure high goal achievement among our students.

Homeroom teacher duties (mentorship) are included in the position.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Teaching certification and eligibility to teach in grades 4-6.
• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.
