Morkarlbyhöjden is a grades 7–9 school located in central Mora, close to outdoor recreation areas. The school has approximately 320 students and 40 staff members. The school is organized into grade-based work teams, and we have study psychologists as well as two smaller support groups for students in need of assistance. Morkarlbyhöjden is a school in development, aiming to create a clear structure with relational leadership at its core.

We are looking for a teacher in Physics/Technology and Mathematics for grades 6–9.

Qualifications

A teaching degree for lower secondary school with a focus on Physics/Technology and Mathematics.

We are looking for you who put the student's development and well-being at the center and want to contribute to creating an inspiring learning environment. You are comfortable with responsibility and independent work. You easily build trusting relationships and collaborate with students and guardians. You see the benefits of good cooperation between colleagues, the student health team, and school leadership.

As a teacher, you have clear pedagogical leadership in your teaching and the ability to adapt instruction based on the needs of the students.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
