YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
Our client has its office in central Stockholm and is a real estate investment company.
You will be employed as a consultant by us at Inte Bara Post Bemanning and work on-site at our client's office.

YOUR ROLE
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for receiving visitors, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to keeping the office clean and pleasant.
To thrive in this role, we see that you have a natural ability to see what needs to be done. You enjoy doing the little extra to make both customers and colleagues feel welcome. As a receptionist, you will be a key person in ensuring a high level of service in the office and acting as the company's face to the outside world.
You will work with varied tasks such as:
- Greeting visitors
- Handling mail and couriers
- Managing orders and office supplies
- Preparing for meetings and events in the office, such as breakfasts
WHO ARE YOU?
This role suits you if you are studying remotely or have another commitment that you wish to combine with a part-time job of 10 hours per week. We are looking for you who have a natural sense for service. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking, self-reliant, and confident in making your own decisions within reasonable limits.
Requirements for the applicant:
- Previous experience in a service role
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency
Previous experience in a reception role is an advantage.
