As an HR Administrator in the Government Offices' HR Support, you are a central and efficient administrative support within the HR function. You work broadly with qualified HR administration related to employment, such as personnel and government decisions, agreements, registration and follow-up of employment terms, and decision management. You also handle payroll administrative tasks, expense reports, and medical certificates.

A part of the role may also involve responsibility for HR administration for government inquiries appointed by the government, which implies close cooperation with relevant parties within the ministries. The work is characterized by many contact points and continuous dialogue with the operations to ensure quality, legal certainty, and good service. You also contribute to development work related to HR's AI assistant and the digitalization of administrative HR processes.

Your background

To be considered for this role, you must meet all mandatory requirements and preferably also the merit criteria.

Requirements:

  • Upper secondary school diploma or work experience equivalent to it.
  • Several years of current and relevant experience working independently with qualified personnel administrative tasks.
  • Very good IT skills and ability to work unimpeded with digital tools and Microsoft 365.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Merits:

  • Education in personnel administration or equivalent.
  • Experience with qualified personnel administrative work within the state sector.
  • Experience working under the collective agreement for state employees or other collective agreements.

Other information

This vacancy concerns one or more permanent positions starting with a six-month probationary period. Immediate start. On-call work outside regular working hours may occur. The position is security-classified, and a security check with register control will be conducted before a decision on employment is made.
