Do you want to run campaigns that make a real difference? The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation is looking for a communicator with project management experience who can combine strategy, content, advertising, and visual expression to create engagement and shape public opinion.
About the Role
You will work as both a project manager and a communicator in our campaigns – sometimes leading your own initiatives, sometimes stepping in as a key player in others' projects. Together with colleagues, you will plan, drive, and execute campaigns from idea to follow-up.
The role is both strategic and operational: you help set direction and priorities while producing and adapting content for the web, social media, and email newsletters. You are also responsible for planning, executing, and following up on campaign advertising in digital channels. The work is data-driven and audience-focused, with a clear emphasis on how message, channel selection, advertising, and visual expression interact to create impact.
You collaborate closely with experts and other communicators and have a good understanding of how communication is received by different target groups.
Requirements
To meet the requirements of the role, we are looking for someone who has:
- A few years of experience as a communicator/project manager in campaign work, with experience leading projects and contributing operationally in a team.
- A university degree in communication, journalism, or equivalent.
- Strong digital competence and a data-driven approach.
- Experience with digital advertising (e.g., Meta, Google, or similar).
- Good visual understanding and the ability to develop expressions that work across different channels.
- Experience with web (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools, and SEO.
Merits
In addition, the following are considered merits:
- Experience working with climate, environmental, or societal issues.
- Experience from the non-profit sector or public opinion shaping.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and image editing.
Personal Qualities
Your personal qualities are important for you to thrive with us. Therefore, we expect you to:
- Have developed self-leadership and take responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on your work.
- Be receptive and team-oriented.
- Think strategically and tactically – and be able to translate this into concrete, engaging communication.
- Be creative and proactive.
We welcome your application by August 5th. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait with your application.

Bra Miljöval is our environmental label, and Sveriges Natur is our member magazine. Together, we have the power to change.
The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation wants to be an inclusive people's movement that reflects society, and we want this to permeate all our activities. We want to be an attractive workplace for everyone, as we believe that a variety of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds make us even stronger. We work with competency-based recruitment aimed at assessing each person's skills and thereby combating discrimination.
