Diversa Solutions AB is now looking for driven and ambitious Customer Account Managers for our office in Gothenburg.

As a Customer Account Manager, you act as a personal contact person and advisor for our customers. The role combines customer contact, relationship building, and business development with significant personal responsibility and good opportunities for development.

About the role

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Contact potential customers and identify their needs
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on customer dialogues
  • Work systematically towards individual and shared goals
  • Document and administer customer cases

The work takes place from our office in Gothenburg, where you work closely with colleagues, coaches, and site managers in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and high engagement.
