Are you looking for a short summer job between July 29th and August 14th? We are looking for you who are a structured team player and want to work with the bank's mail and logistics.

About the role

As an employee within Mail and Logistics Handling, you play a central role in the bank's internal flows. This is an active role for you who like to be "where the action is" and are driven by providing first-class service to your colleagues.

This is a summer job with an introduction start on July 29th. During weeks 32 and 33, you will work independently.

The work is performed 100% on-site at the office on Kungsholmen.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

• Mail handling: Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail as well as packages.
• Logistics & Warehouse: Responsibility for receiving deliveries, handling goods, and restocking office supplies.
• Manage the coffee stations, refill coffee, and keep them clean.

We are looking for you who

• Can work full-time during the period July 29th - August 14th.
• Are studying at a university or college at least 50%.
• Have previous experience in service roles.
• Express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Have good physical fitness.
• Have the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Have good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience of similar work within logistics or mail handling.
