We are looking for a superstar to step into the role of Office Manager (Summer Cover) starting as soon as possible.

If you love spreading good vibes, organizing chaos, and making sure daily operations run like a well-oiled machine—this is the perfect summer gig for you!

As our Office Manager, you are the heartbeat of the office. Your mission is simple but vital: to make our workspace a fantastic place to be for all our fellow "bees."

• Welcome & Guide: You are the face of the company, welcoming guests, couriers, and colleagues with a smile.

• Keep it Running: Ensure the coffee machine is always delivering, meeting rooms are top-notch, and office supplies never run out.

• Coordinate: Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and day-to-day contact with suppliers and our landlord.

• Boost Morale: Add that little extra touch, like setting up Friday fika or making sure the fresh fruit baskets are stocked.

We believe you are a hands-on, humble "doer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment (things move quickly around here!).

We are looking for someone who:

• Can start immediately and work throughout the summer months.

• Is a natural problem solver—if you see something that needs fixing, you just fix it.

• Is fluent in both Swedish and English, as we are an international team.

• Has an eye for detail and neatness (you feel a slight itch if a chair is out of place).

You have previous experience in a similar service or hospitality role, and you pair it with an amazing attitude and a proactive personality!

This is a temporary summer position starting as soon as possible and running through the summer. You will be based right at the heart of the action at our headquarters in Hagastan, Stockholm.

In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
