Mullebo Preschool is a parent cooperative located in the scenic area of Flabäck, Lindome. The facility is housed in a villa adapted to the needs of a preschool. The outdoor environment features a varied, play-equipped garden spanning 1,500 square meters in a quiet and undisturbed setting, with immediate access to nature excursions. The staff consists of two preschool teachers, two childcare assistants, and a few substitutes.

The children's group comprises one section for ages 1–5, with approximately 20 places. There is a strong emphasis on spending time outdoors in all weather conditions.

We are currently looking for you who want to work as a childcare assistant with us. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided on-site.

We believe you are at least 18 years old, positive, flexible, and patient. You are calm, secure in your demeanor, and act with clarity. Our focus is on the best interests of the children to ensure they have a good experience at the preschool. You have a positive attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues.

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. The start date is mid-August, and the contract runs until the end of 2026, with good prospects for extension and permanent employment. Salary is according to the collective agreement.

We also have a 60% position available with the possibility of increased hours periodically, advertised separately.
