We are immediately seeking a personal assistant for night shifts for our 9-year-old son. He is a happy, curious, and lively boy who enjoys music and closeness. He lives with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, and therefore needs secure support and supervision during the night.

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of our family with three children. Your task is to create a calm, safe, and secure night environment where our son receives the care and supervision he needs.

About the position

You are responsible for care, supervision, and security during the night. The work involves being attentive to his needs and being able to act in case of, for example, epileptic seizures.

Working hours

• Full-time

• Sunday–Thursday

• Night: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM (some days until 06:00 AM)

We are looking for someone who is:

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care

• Experience working with children with functional variations

• Knowledge of cerebral palsy and epilepsy

• Knowledge of alternative communication

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Swedish language skills (spoken and written) (English or German as a second language is meritorious)

• Clean criminal record extract
