Do you want to help develop our operations for children and young people within the disability support sector?

New, modern facilities for short-term LSS (Long-term Support for People with Disabilities) as well as an LSS children's home are planned to open in Essunga Municipality in the coming period. The exact timing is not yet fully determined, but the goal is for the operations to start as soon as the facilities are ready. The short-term operation will then move into adjacent premises.

Job Responsibilities

As a support assistant working night shifts, you create a safe, calm, and stable stay for children and young people with various needs. Your work primarily involves providing support during the night, ensuring good supervision, and being readily available when needed. You contribute to creating predictability and security, which is crucial for the children's well-being. Through your calm demeanor and presence, you contribute to a safe and caring environment where the children get the rest and security they need during the night.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, educator, or have other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent.

You are stable and confident in yourself, flexible, and able to adapt quickly when the operation requires it. You are also loyal and have a high work ethic.
