We are looking for you who are interested in working with people who have significant needs for assistance to live their lives just like you and me.

Who are you?

You are a person with a strong work ethic who sees the big picture in a task. We are looking for you who take the time to listen to your client's needs, are attentive, and humble. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional attitude. We prefer that you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities.

You enjoy working with established routines, but can also, when necessary, make independent decisions based on the person's needs and wishes. You have a good mood and the ability to sense the situation of the person you are working with.

Conditions and employment

The working hours vary and include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You can start immediately with an introduction. This is a perfect side job if you are studying or want to work part-time.
