Responsibilities
As a substitute special needs teacher (specialpedagog), you are responsible for maintaining continuity in the ongoing special needs work. The assignment involves supporting students in need of special support, collaborating with teachers regarding adaptations and support measures, and following up on ongoing actions. The role also includes documentation, supervision of staff when necessary, and participation in student health-related initiatives to ensure a safe and functional school day for the students.

Qualifications
We are looking for a special needs teacher with a positive view of students and an inclusive approach. You have a good ability to support and supervise teachers in the work with adaptations and special support, as well as experience in following up, evaluating, and developing pedagogical initiatives. You work in a structured, collaborative manner with a focus on creating good conditions for every student's learning and development.
