Parkskolan is a grades F-6 school with approximately 230 students. The school is currently located in modular buildings but will be replaced by a new and modern school within the next few years. The schoolyard is open and green, offering large areas for play. Teckomatorp has good transport connections to both Helsingborg and Malmö, as well as to Eslöv and Åstorp.

The school is organized into two work teams, with the aim of inclusion and collaboration among all school professions. The work teams' main collaborations revolve around daily work, teaching, and student health services. Additionally, there is a development group that, together with the school staff, drives systematic quality work and our development projects in reading and writing development, mathematics, and cooperative learning, focusing on student development.

The school has highly competent staff who meet students throughout the school day through teaching and in the after-school care program, with a primary focus on student goal achievement and well-being. Linked to the student health team are special needs educators, special teachers, and student health personnel to create a supportive structure for staff and students.

Job Responsibilities

In our work to achieve our goals based on the development work mentioned above, we are now looking for a primary school teacher who is passionate about developing each student according to their needs and prerequisites.

You will teach in the lower primary grades and will primarily be linked to one grade level, forming a team with teacher colleagues as well as a resource person. The role includes mentorship duties for this specific class in addition to teaching.

School staff are part of various work teams, where you will be part of a team with staff linked to the lower primary grades. In the work team, it is expected that everyone contributes to the team and the school, both in daily work and in the development work being carried out.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are attracted by the description above and hold a teaching license. We would prefer your subject competence to be in the areas of mathematics, science (NO), and English.

You are good at building trusting relationships and, together with your colleagues, focus on developing each student based on their needs and prerequisites. It is important that you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and have a flexible approach in this work.
