About the role

Boängen Preschool is a facility with its own yard and close proximity to nature, where we offer a stimulating and safe environment for children's learning and development. We are looking for an experienced and qualified preschool teacher who wants to help continue developing our operations, while also contributing to a safe and joyful everyday life for our children.

For us, it is important that you, as someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher with us, feel curiosity about your assignment. A day at the preschool is filled with meaningful meetings between children and educators, and every meeting is part of the child's security, development, and learning. We therefore want to take advantage of this to make the preschool safe, educational, and joyful for everyone.

As a preschool teacher with us, we want you to see how different children learn in different ways and have the ability to get children to learn in all everyday situations. Through play and imagination, we want you to challenge the children where they are and see every day as an educational adventure. You should have an engagement with your assignment and the ability to create relationships with both children and guardians.

Practical requirements

• Have completed a preschool teacher education (upper secondary or adult education)
• Can work with digital tools
• Are confident in the preschool's guiding documents
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing
• Experience of working in a preschool as a preschool teacher
• Experience of working in a work team with reflective work

Employment type

The position is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Scope: 100%. Start date: August, or as agreed. The position is located at: Boängen Preschool, Knivsta.
