Leva LSS Care Grusbanan is looking for an engaged support assistant for a night shift (awake night) (permanent position) at our lovely residence in Heby. Six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (person group 1 according to LSS Section 9) reside here.

Here, you will become part of a well-functioning organization with a clear set of values. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affective handling, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods.

Our vision is to create a home where every individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while a health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life.

As part of our innovation initiative, we have implemented digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling to support both residents and staff in daily life.

We are looking for you who are engaged and have your heart in care work. Experience in similar work is preferred, but we place great emphasis on personality in our recruitment.
