At the Social Services Administration in Enköping Municipality, we work together to help residents of Enköping who are in difficult and vulnerable life situations in various ways.
We have close leadership and are constantly actively working on the development of the organization. At the Social Care Department, social secretaries work for placed children; we call them child supervisors, family home secretaries, and the school team. The administration also includes a family therapist with the task of working specifically towards social care.
All placed children have a social secretary who follows up on the child's care, health, and development. The child supervisor works actively together with family home secretaries, schools, healthcare, service providers, guardians, and the children's other networks.
Social Care works actively with schools and has a school initiative within care for placed children. We work together with the Employment and Education Administration to improve the school results of placed children through uninterrupted schooling. Passing school is an important protective factor.
We are looking for you who are a social worker, preferably with broad experience, who now wants to share your knowledge by being part of the team around the placed child. The job duties may include working both as a family home secretary and as a child supervisor.
You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. You distinguish between personal and professional matters and act in a way adapted to the situation.
You are calm, stable, and controlled in pressured or challenging situations. You maintain a reasonable perspective on situations and focus on the right things.
You collaborate well with other people and relate to them in a listening and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve collaboration difficulties or conflicts in a constructive way.
You have a structured working method where you plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You set and keep timeframes.
