Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are currently looking for you, who wants to work together with a 65-year-old man living in Enköping, who previously suffered a stroke that changed his life.

To thrive in the role of personal assistant, you enjoy working with people. You like to come up with activities, but you can also take the day as it comes – being a bit spontaneous in everyday life.

You always work with your heart and with great commitment to what you do. You are present, flexible, and careful in your personality and conduct.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Has a driver's license (manual transmission) and access to a car
• Has an eye for what needs to be done in a home
• Has the ability to adapt to different situations
• Is talkative and positive
• Respects the client's right to self-determination
• Is a colleague to trust and who can collaborate well
• Has good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

We always start employment with a hourly contract. Opportunities for summer temporary positions are available.
