Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are currently looking for you, who want to work together with a 65-year-old man living in Enköping, who was previously affected by a stroke that changed his life.

To thrive in the role of personal assistant, you enjoy working with people. You like to come up with things to do, but you can also take the day as it comes – being a bit spontaneous in everyday life.

You always work with your heart and with great commitment to what you do. You are present, flexible, and careful in your personality and demeanor.

You who apply fit the following criteria:

• Have a driver's license (manual transmission) and access to a car
• Have an eye for what needs to be done in a home
• Have the ability to adapt to different situations
• Talkative and positive
• Have great respect for the client's right to self-determination
• Are a colleague to trust and who can collaborate
• Have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

Working hours are 08:00–17:00 and, if necessary, 17:00–22:00.

We always start employment with a hourly contract. Possibility of summer temporary work exists.
