Do you want to own the entire chain from initial configuration to a satisfied customer in operation? We are now looking, on behalf of an established Swedish product company, for an Implementation and Support Specialist for their IAM platform (Identity & Access Management). The position is a permanent employment located in Stockholm.

About the role

You are responsible for the technical implementation of the platform at the customer site, from planning and configuration to testing and go-live, in close collaboration with both the company's and the customer's project organization. The implementation work involves deep technical collaboration with the customer's IT organization regarding integrations, infrastructure, directory services, and authorization flows. You also train the customer's administrators and ensure that the solution works according to agreed requirements.

Once the solution is in operation, you are the one the customers trust. You handle and troubleshoot support cases, analyze error patterns, perform or coordinate measures, and provide clear feedback to the customer. You document bugs in a structured manner and hand them over to the development team, and you contribute advice on how the platform is best used, improved, and reconfigured.

The role suits you if you thrive switching between project delivery, problem-solving, and customer dialogue, and if you want to become a specialist on a platform in a domain where demand is only growing.

We are looking for someone who has
  • Experience in technical implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT systems in customer environments

  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, integrations, directory services, and authorization flows

  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting

  • Ability to analyze error patterns and document bugs in a structured way

  • Experience in close technical collaboration with customers' IT organizations

  • Good communication skills in speech and writing, in Swedish and English

At least one year of relevant experience is sufficient. A degree is not a requirement; we care about what you can do.

It is meritorious if you have
  • Experience with IAM/IGA solutions

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar identity platforms

  • Experience with SAML2, OIDC, APIs, or file-based integrations

  • Experience with NoSQL/Document Store databases and log analysis

  • Experience with HR systems, access control systems, or related business systems

  • Experience in creating technical documentation, test cases, and user instructions

About the employment

Permanent employment with a Swedish product company within identity and access management, with offices in Stockholm. You will become a key person in the delivery organization with short decision paths and close proximity to both the development team and customers. We will tell you more about the company in an initial conversation.

Application

The recruitment is conducted through Lynqa AB. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait with your application. Questions? Contact Mischell Miljevic, [email protected], +46 76 343 70 79.
