Job Description:
As a Support Technician, you will be part of the Service Desk department in Stockholm. You will assist users and customers with IT, network, and system-related inquiries. Your work will involve providing support via phone, through the case management system ServiceNow, and face-to-face directly with users.
In addition to traditional support tasks, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects, work on improvements, and take responsibility for a larger system together with the system owner.
We are looking for Service Desk technicians who are interested in working shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekends.
Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Installation and configuration of software and hardware
- Support via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Documentation of problems and solutions
- Maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaboration with other teams to solve complex issues
You likely have:
- Experience working in a technical support function/service desk
- Experience supporting PC and Microsoft environments
- Experience with tools such as Active Directory, Entra ID & Azure
- Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Experience with one or more case management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
- Relevant education and experience with Azure AD, Opera, and/or Simphony is a plus
