About the role

As a System Administrator at Einar Mattsson, you will play a central role in implementing and further developing our system administration model across all group systems. You are responsible for ensuring the functionality, development, and adaptation of systems based on business needs. You will become part of the IT Support team and work closely with colleagues in system administration, project management, and strategic digital development. We work with several business-critical systems within areas such as finance and property management, such as Unit4, Vitec, FM Access, Insikt, and Dynamics 365, where development work is ongoing.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Implement, develop, and own our system administration model.
• Manage and further develop business systems within property management and finance.
• Document integrations, system adaptations, and processes, and prepare decision-making materials for changes.
• Drive and prioritize administration activities and ensure that system documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide support and training to superusers and system owners in the business.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects related to systems and digitalization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see the big picture, identify development needs, and at the same time handle details when necessary. You are structured, analytical, and confident in your professional role, with the ability to prioritize, drive work forward, and turn insights into practical solutions. You thrive in a role where strategic thinking meets operational execution and want to contribute to our continued digital development.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in system administration and a good understanding of system administration, integrations, and documentation.
• The ability to work in a structured manner, prioritize effectively, and switch between a holistic and detailed perspective.
• Good communication skills and experience in adapting information to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge.

Experience in system administration within the property industry or similar operations is meritorious. A higher education in IT, systems science, or equivalent is also considered an advantage.
