Within Coor operates the security company Addici Security & Technology, which delivers innovative solutions within service, guarding, and technical security. Addici combines operational security with modern technology and develops digital solutions for customers with high demands on availability, regulatory compliance, and information security.

About the role

Here, you will become a key player in the further development and management of our own digital security solution, SmartID. This is our self-developed service for secure and efficient handling of access cards and permissions, supported by automated processes that reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

The role spans the entire development chain – from design and architecture, through development and testing, to deployment and support. The work is done in close collaboration with the entire development team as well as IT operations and customer support. To thrive in this role, you are positive, engaged, and flat-hierarchy-minded, with a natural desire to share knowledge, take responsibility, and contribute to a strong and well-functioning team.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage, improve, and ensure quality of existing codebase
• Develop and implement new features in the SmartID platform
• Participate in design, architecture, and technical decisions
• Build and further develop integrations and APIs against external systems
• Implement and support the solution for customers
• Ensure the solution meets high security requirements
• Work with testing

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in software development
• Strong competence in .NET/C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Good knowledge of React
• Good experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in building integrations with and against APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket or similar, and established development flows
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., code assistants, analysis, or test support) as a natural aid in daily development work
• Experience with Visual Studio
• Experience with manual testing
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Confident in technical competence, communicative in dialogue with colleagues and customers, and having a solution-oriented and improvement-driven approach

The role is placed in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

Meritorious

• Experience with container technology (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with Octopus Deploy
• Experience with EntityFramework
• Experience in introducing or further developing AI support in development teams
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience working in security-classified or regulated environments
• Previous experience in a leading technical role, where you e.g., had responsibility for architecture or technical decisions
• Experience in secure development and testing systems through own penetration tests
