As a ServiceDesk Analyst, you are the first point of contact for our users and customers. You receive tickets via phone, email, chat, and portal, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure that every ticket is handled professionally from start to finish.

You will work closely with both colleagues and other functions within DataCom, contributing to a stable, efficient, and customer-focused support delivery. We believe in the value of working together on-site and are looking for a team player who wants to be part of the office team every day.

Your daily life with us

In this role, you will:

  • Handle incoming support tickets, register, and prioritize them in our ticket management system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users throughout the entire ticket lifecycle
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate function when necessary
  • Work proactively to reduce recurring issues and improve the user experience
  • Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base
  • Collaborate closely with the team and contribute to a positive and professional team culture

We are looking for you if you want to develop within IT and thrive in a role with high customer contact and a fast pace.

We believe you:

  • Have worked for approximately 1–2 years in IT support or ServiceDesk, focusing on user support, troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365, account and permission management in Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic network and client administration.
  • Are accustomed to working systematically in ticket management systems
  • Are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy a role that combines technology with user support
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English
  • Have the ability to prioritize and work at a fast pace
  • Are structured and take responsibility for your work
