We are now looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst and Project Manager for one of our clients.

Job Description

We are seeking a senior requirements analyst who also has documented experience in project management for a technical project within radio spectrum analysis.

The core of the assignment lies in requirements analysis and structuring the organization's needs, requirements, and solution proposals. The consultant is responsible for producing a clear, traceable, and quality-assured requirements picture that serves as the basis for procurement, implementation, testing, and rollout.

In addition, the consultant is expected to take operational project management responsibility, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities. The role involves close collaboration with business units, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress, manage dependencies, and contribute to achieving project goals regarding time, quality, and delivery.

The assignment includes:

• Requirements work (workshops, documentation, ensuring traceability between requirements, solution, and testing) – refinement and clarification of requirements for procurement.
• Plan, lead, and participate in workshops with suppliers and business units.
• Lead the project's planning, steering, and monitoring.
• Responsible for reporting and decision-making materials for the steering group and management.
• Ensure the production of project reports and risk analyses.
• Manage stakeholders, dependencies, priorities, and risks.
• Drive parts of the procurement and tendering work as well as supplier dialogues.
• Facilitate requirements prioritization and ensure anchoring of decisions.
• Coordinate business, IT, development teams, and external suppliers.
• Ensure testing, rollout, launch, and sustainable handover to operations.

Location is Stockholm Arlanda. Remote work where possible.

Requirements:

• The consultant must have at least 8 years of documented experience in requirements analysis and solution work in complex organizations.
• At least 2 years of documented experience in project management of complex business or IT projects.
• The consultant must have participated in at least 2 completed projects where they were responsible for coordination and communication between business and IT within a government agency or state-owned company.
• The consultant must have documented experience in project management according to XLPM or a corresponding project model.
• The consultant must have documented experience in independently planning and conducting requirements analysis, as well as coordinating requirements and testing activities in projects or operational assignments.
• The consultant must have documented experience in testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Merits:

• The consultant should have certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent.
• The consultant should have experience with AI solutions or AI-related IT projects.
• The consultant should have at least 1 year of documented experience in requirements analysis and solution work related to procurement.
