We are looking for a versatile and curious person who wants to help build one of Sweden's leading digital healthcare platforms. This role is for you if you thrive juggling multiple tasks, take significant ownership, and are not afraid to step in where needed – whether that means troubleshooting a technical issue, configuring a system, or driving a project from start to finish.

Sometimes you spend most of your time debugging and building new features. Other periods, you drive projects, define requirements, and coordinate. You are equally comfortable in both scenarios, seeing it not as a contradiction but as a strength.

You will report to the Head of Product - Commercial, but you will have significant mandate to drive changes through.

You will have broad ownership over some of our most important technical and product areas:

• Own and drive technical troubleshooting and support for our proprietary platforms

• Program and build new features with an AI-first mindset – you use AI as your primary work tool, but you can also define requirements and assess the quality of the output

• Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of our triage system

• Own and manage our proprietary support system

• Take a PO-like role in projects: define requirements, coordinate, and deliver from start to finish

The most important thing is not that you know everything today, but that you are curious enough to learn. We are looking for someone who:

• Has basic programming skills

• Has good experience with AI programming and uses AI as a natural work tool

• Produces with AI but also takes responsibility for ensuring the quality of the delivered output

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Is used to driving projects independently from start to finish

• Thrives in an environment where you are expected to take ownership and not wait to be told what to do

As more formal qualifications, we believe you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• A master's degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent

• Experience working at a company in rapid change, preferably a startup

• Can communicate clearly, both technically and business-wise – in both Swedish and English

• Can work from our office at least 4 days a week
