Our client within the defense sector is looking for engaged and driven individuals with a passionate interest in networking. As an important part of their team, you will thrive in the role of problem solver and be dedicated to delivering high-quality and efficient solutions. Your ability to help others and your willingness to constantly deepen your knowledge within networking will be crucial. For this role, we are looking for people who have worked as network technicians for 4–8 years, as well as people with over 9 years of experience as network technicians.

Your responsibilities

In the role of network technician, you will be a key person in the team and responsible for daily operations, support, and administration of the network infrastructure. Your work will also include handling and troubleshooting incoming incidents and orders.

Requirements:

• Relevant university education or experience of similar work
• At least four years of experience working as a network technician
• Experience with Network Security and Network Operation
• Experience with LAN based on Cisco, Dell, HPE Aruba
• Experience with CISCO ISE
• Experience with Fortigate/Checkpoint
• Knowledge in one/more of the following areas: Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Citrix
• Experience with scripting and automation

The assignment is subject to defense secrecy, which requires working on-site five days a week. Security clearance interview and background check will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
