Job Description

This role requires a strong combination of technical security understanding and excellent coordination skills. You will be responsible for maintaining communication, priorities, and progress in a complex environment, with the goal of reducing application and infrastructure risks while strengthening compliance with internal and external regulations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Management: Coordinate the handling of results from vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Risk and Prioritization: Ensure that identified vulnerabilities and deficiencies are assessed correctly and prioritized based on risk.
• Action Execution: Drive and follow up on remediation work in Jira throughout the entire process, in close collaboration with relevant teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge and coordinate work between multiple parties, including business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Process & Reporting: Establish, maintain, and follow processes for effective governance and reporting of the vulnerability landscape to increase control and visibility.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for someone driven by structure and capable of creating clarity among multiple involved parties. To succeed in this role, you have:

• Documented experience in interpreting and handling results from vulnerability scans as well as penetration test reports.
• Good knowledge and understanding of classifications such as CVE, CWE, and CVSS.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity related to both applications and infrastructure.
• Strong ability to assess risks and prioritize concrete remediation efforts based on business and IT risk.
• Experience driving operational remediation work forward in a structured manner, using Jira as the primary work tool.
• Very strong ability to coordinate stakeholders, communicate clearly, and coordinate deliveries between various technical and business teams in complex environments.
