You will join a team of approximately 15 experienced specialists and work closely with both Swedish and international customers. We at Asta Agency are partnering with NetNordic in this recruitment process. The process is managed through Asta, and you will be hired directly by NetNordic.

As a Senior Azure Consultant, you will become a key member of a senior team helping enterprise customers develop, secure, and future-proof their Microsoft-based cloud environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong interest in Azure infrastructure and architecture with confidence in consultative dialogue.

You will work on a project basis with varied assignments, often handling multiple customer dialogues simultaneously. Tasks may include analyzing existing Azure environments, identifying risks and cost-saving potentials, creating improvement plans, or designing and implementing modern solutions within governance, security, and identity. You will be involved throughout the entire delivery process, from advisory and analysis to practical implementation.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Analyze customer Azure environments to identify areas for improvement, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop action plans and drive improvements in areas such as cost optimization, logging, and monitoring.
• Develop automated governance frameworks using Bicep, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement secure solutions for identity and access, such as RBAC, PIM, and management group hierarchies.

To thrive in this role, you are confident, unpretentious, and enjoy collaborating with other specialists. You have a clear customer focus, communicate professionally, and can explain complex technical issues in an understandable way. Since the role involves several parallel assignments, you must also be structured, self-driven, and comfortable managing many contact points.

We would like you to have experience in several of the areas listed below, but you do not need to meet all requirements. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in Azure infrastructure, a security-conscious approach to work, and a desire to continue developing together with the team and customers.

Additionally, you have:

• Deep expertise in Azure governance, security, and identity.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• A good understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience designing solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience driving improvements in cost, compliance, and operations.
• Experience working closely with customers and leading consulting deliveries.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Meritorious:

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, such as AZ-104 and AZ-305.
