• You develop and further develop solutions in Appian based on business needs.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues in agile and distributed teams.
• You contribute to planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the development work.
• You document solutions and working methods in both Swedish and English.
• You communicate clearly with various stakeholders in a large organization.

• At least 5 years of experience as an Appian developer.
• Experience working in agile ways of working.
• Experience working in distributed teams.
• Very good communication skills.
• Experience with documentation in both Swedish and English.
• Experience working in large corporations.
