About the role

As a Senior Network Technician with our client, you become part of a Nordic team working with advanced Level 3 operations. The team is responsible for ensuring stable and future-proof network solutions within both B2B and B2G. You will join a growing organization where you get to work with modern technology and develop your skills rapidly.

In the role, you work with troubleshooting and maintenance of business-critical networks, while handling advanced platforms within SD-WAN, firewalls, and WiFi – for example, Fortinet, Aruba, and Versa.

You play a key role in Level 3 support, ensuring the operation of one of Europe's larger and more complex networks.

Example of tasks

• Collaborate with operations and network engineering teams to handle incidents and escalations
• Manage and further develop Layer 2/3 environments as well as SD-WAN services (underlay, overlay, and add-ons)
• Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve more advanced technical issues
• Implement configuration changes and ensure stable operations
• Update documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing with support functions

Your profile

We are looking for you who are motivated by working with complex network environments and who want to develop into a specialist in secure network solutions. Do you want to be part of making a difference in how organizations and societies stay connected – then we look forward to your application.

You have:

• In-depth knowledge of Fortinet, for example FortiGate, SD-WAN, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP
• Good experience with TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• Experience with SD-WAN (underlay, overlay, and add-on services)
• Experience with platforms such as Versa and Aruba
• Experience working according to ITIL as well as experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and MS Teams
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
