At Eccera, we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for direct recruitment to one of our clients in northern Stockholm. About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will have a central role in planning, leading, and executing business and mission-critical projects. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful deliveries with high quality, correct functionality, and good profitability.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from idea and planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Planning project execution, resources, and activities.
• Ensuring the technical and economic success of projects through continuous follow-up and reviews.
• Coordinating design, development, system integration, testing, and verification.
• Communicating project status and progress to clients, management, and technical teams.
• Identifying risks and ensuring that solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
• Contributing to documentation and training clients in delivered systems and solutions.

We are looking for you who

• Have relevant education in IT, technology, or a corresponding field.
• Have several years of experience leading technical projects.
• Have a good understanding of technical systems, IT solutions, and system integration.
• Are accustomed to working structured and goal-oriented in complex project environments.
• Are a strong communicator who builds trust and good relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Enjoy a role where you can combine technology, business understanding, and leadership.

It is an advantage if you have experience from defense-related operations, security-critical environments, or international projects.

Other information

• The position involves some travel as part of the work.
• The position is classified under security clearance, and a security check with register control will be conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
