Do you want to work in a large change program where requirements, processes, and business understanding are crucial for success? We are now looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst for a project at ICA in Solna.

In this role, you will become part of ICA's ERP program, ERICA, and will also have coordinating responsibilities within Joint Overall Design, where the ERP, WMS, and TMS programs together shape the future logistics solution.

This is a role for you who are confident in the Business Analyst position, have experience with complex system landscapes, and thrive in the intersection between business, IT, architecture, and suppliers.

The role consists of two parts. The main part of the assignment involves driving analysis, requirements, and design within ERICA/ERP. The second part involves coordinating and harmonizing BA work between ERP, WMS, and TMS.

You will work both operationally with requirements work and more coordinatively with methods, working practices, templates, and quality in deliverables. The assignment suits you who are structured, communicative, and accustomed to creating clarity in environments with many dependencies.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Contribute to process and solution design
• Ensure traceability between business goals, requirements, and solutions
• Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps
• Create process maps, information models, and decision support materials
• Document business and functional requirements as well as user stories
• Collaborate with business, IT, architects, and suppliers
• Coordinate Business Analysts between the ERP, WMS, and TMS programs
• Contribute to common methods, working practices, and templates
• Support knowledge sharing and long-term BA capability

Have substantial experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in larger change or system programs. You are accustomed to working with complex processes, multiple stakeholders, and requirements that need to align across system and program boundaries.

We believe you have experience in several of the following areas:

• Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Process mapping, As-Is / To-Be
• ERP, WMS, TMS, or other large business systems
• User stories, business requirements, and functional requirements
• Gap and dependency analysis
• Requirements traceability
• Collaboration with business, IT, and architecture
• Coordination of BA work or common working practices
• Larger transformation programs or complex IT environments

As a person, you are structured, confident, and communicative. You have an easy time creating order, capturing dependencies, and driving issues forward together with both business and technical teams.
