IT Support Technician – The Next Step in Your IT Career

About the role

As an IT Support Technician, you will become part of an engaged support team where you work with both 1st and 2nd line support. You will help the company's customers via phone, email, remote control, and case management systems.

The tasks are varied and may include among other things:

  • Troubleshooting clients, systems, and applications
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Password resets and administration in Active Directory
  • Network-related troubleshooting
  • Support regarding hardware and peripheral equipment
  • Handling incoming support cases and incidents
  • Documentation and follow-up of cases

You will work in an environment where customer service and technical problem-solving go hand in hand, which requires both technical understanding and a professional approach.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has approximately 1 year of experience in IT support, service desk, or help desk
  • Has a good understanding of Windows environments and basic networking
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
  • Is comfortable communicating with customers throughout the Nordic region. Contact with Norwegian-speaking customers may occur in the role.
  • Is solution-oriented, curious, and has a strong technical interest

It is an advantage if you have IT education or experience with case management systems.
