About the role

We believe that future complex societal infrastructure projects require efficient digital management throughout their entire lifecycle. Within Ramboll’s business area ‘BIM & Digital Advisory’, we work together with our clients to develop and implement strategies that make projects more data-driven, efficient, and sustainable – from early planning, design, and execution to operation, maintenance, and decommissioning.

The business area ‘BIM & Digital Advisory’ is part of Ramboll’s global Service Line Buildings Advisory & Consultancy. Leveraging the strength of a global organization, we have the opportunity to offer holistic consulting that unites technology, strategy, and digitalization. Buildings Advisory & Consultancy combines our business area’s expertise in digital processes with specialist knowledge in sustainability strategies, project and construction management, as well as safety and fire protection. The result is buildings and environments that are smart, safe, and sustainable.

We are now looking for you who have several years of experience in BIM and digital processes and want to guide our clients through their digitalization journey!

Your new position

You will belong to our national unit ‘BIM & Digital Advisory’, with employees belonging to our geographic teams in Stockholm-Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We work broadly with data coordination/digital information coordination and BIM on multiple levels – setting digital strategies and requirements at the program or organizational level, advising on the management of the client’s building portfolio, as well as in key roles in construction projects as digital leaders and coordinators. Our work covers both internal support, where we support Ramboll’s project teams with digital project coordination and process improvements, and external consulting to clients where we help develop and monitor digital workflows. Our client portfolio spans a variety of sectors – from healthcare, infrastructure, and industry to water and energy.

As a Senior Data Coordinator, you will become the client’s partner in all matters concerning digital project coordination. Your areas of responsibility include, among others:

  • Advising and developing digital project coordination
  • Ensuring efficient workflows and digital processes throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and being their first point of contact for digital matters
  • Being part of the continued development of our team in Stockholm and expansion towards Uppsala
  • Developing and working with our internal Design Excellence projects, focusing on streamlining our routines and processes and exploring new opportunities in the form of tools such as AI and digital twins

About you

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Data Coordination
  • You have experience in specifying requirements, implementing, and driving digital processes in installation-intensive projects or projects of equivalent complexity
  • Experience with integration between various property management and project-related IT systems, as well as geodatabases, is an advantage
  • You thrive in a client-facing role where you can influence and develop digital strategies and processes
  • You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • You are a curious person who likes to learn new things, and it is an advantage if you have an interest in working across boundaries between our national and international units
  • You are located in the Greater Stockholm area or Uppsala with surrounding regions

What we can offer you

  • A key role where you can influence and develop digital working methods for our clients
  • Opportunity to work with exciting projects and clients in various stages and industries
  • An organization that invests heavily in digitalization and automation
  • A dynamic and competent team that values knowledge sharing and innovation
  • An inclusive work environment where different experiences and perspectives are valued
  • An international knowledge environment with experiences from 35 countries
  • Long-term goals in a foundation-owned company that invests in its employees as well as in research and humanitarian efforts around the world
  • A flexible work environment with the possibility to work remotely a few days a week

Are you our new colleague?

We hope you want to become part of our team! Please send your CV (including a project CV) as a first step.

If you identify with this role but do not meet all criteria, we welcome you to submit your application anyway. Passion and potential can often outweigh an imperfect CV – at Ramboll, you get help and support to grow. You might be the perfect choice for this position or for another role in our team.

Application deadline: 2026-06-26

We look forward to hearing from you!
