About the role
Sweden is Tele2's largest market, and they have a long history of innovation. With Tele2's strong brand portfolio and leading fixed and mobile networks, their Swedish consumer business is positioned to deliver sustainable growth in the next phase of convergence between fixed and mobile.
We are now looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of Tele2's growth journey. As service personnel within the NOC, you will monitor and support Tele2's network. The support team is responsible for monitoring the mobile and fixed network 24/7, 365 days a year, which means you will work day, evening, and night shifts. The NOC is the hub of the network and is also responsible for coordinating troubleshooting and disseminating information both internally and externally. Your task will be to work together with Tele2's support groups to ensure customers have a stable and functioning network.
