You will step into a socially important operation where the business system UBW/Unit4 is a key part of daily work. Here, you will work closely with the business operations to ensure the system provides the right support for processes and business needs, both in operational work and from a longer-term development perspective.

This role suits you if you thrive in the intersection between technology, administration, and business operations. You will become a central specialist in a team responsible for administration, support, and further development of the solution. This means you need to understand both the system's technical capabilities and the business processes supported by UBW/Unit4, and be able to translate that understanding into stable and sustainable improvements.

You will work in an agile environment together with users, administrators, development teams, and other stakeholders. Here, you will contribute your specialist competence in both operational matters and more strategic decisions. • You analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions that work well in UBW/Unit4.
• You handle incidents and change requests with a focus on stability, quality, and long-term sustainability.
• You perform configuration and adjustments in the system based on business needs.
• You drive and contribute to improvements in the system's functionality and working methods.
• You collaborate closely with users, administration functions, development teams, and other stakeholders in daily delivery.
• You act as a specialist support in both operational questions and more strategic discussions regarding the system's development.

• At least 15 years of documented experience working as an application specialist, system administrator, or similar within UBW/Unit4.
• At least 20 years of experience working in security-classified operations.
• At least 15 years of practical experience in development using agile methods.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Swedish citizenship.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience working within the judiciary.
• Experience working within the public sector.
