You will step into a role where modern full-stack development meets a clear societal mission. Here, you develop and maintain systems for the preservation of public records and other internal business systems in an environment where quality, stability, and long-term sustainability are crucial. You work closely with the business and IT to translate needs into solutions that work in practice, from initial analysis to production maintenance.

The environment is characterized by complex information flows, high demands for traceability, and a close interplay between technology and business. For you who like to take responsibility throughout the entire development chain and contribute to systems that are actually used, this is a role with both breadth and impact. The role is particularly interesting if you want to combine modern Java and Angular development with long-term important systems.

• You develop, further develop, and maintain existing support systems, as well as create new solutions based on business needs and technical platforms.
• You drive the work through the entire development chain, from analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• You collaborate closely with experts from various parts of the business and with other IT roles to find sustainable solutions.
• You create technical solution proposals and contribute to decisions regarding implementation and further development.
• You actively work with code quality, documentation, debugging, and support in a business-critical environment.
• You contribute to incident management and long-term system stability.

• At least 9 years of experience with Java development
• University/college education with an IT focus equivalent to a systems scientist or civil engineer
• At least 2 years of experience with Angular and TypeScript
• At least 2 years of experience with REST API
• At least 2 years of experience with Spring Boot
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• At least 1 year of experience with Oracle SQL
• At least 1 year of experience with OpenShift
• At least 1 year of experience with GitOps
• Experience with one or more of the following tools: Tekton, ArgoCD, and Kibana/Elastic
• Experience with incident management
• Experience in developing or maintaining systems for the preservation of public records
• Experience with document and information management systems
• Experience in business-critical environments with high demands on quality, stability, and maintenance
