We are looking for an experienced and engaged Change & Adoption Lead for an exciting consulting assignment with an organization in the public sector, located in Solna, Stockholm. The position is full-time and runs from August 24, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

In this role, you will play a key part in the rollout of Microsoft 365 and Copilot by ensuring high user adoption and the successful implementation of new ways of working. You will work closely with the business, project teams, and stakeholders to create engagement, understanding, and usage of the new tools.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Driving and supporting change management related to the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-supported workflows.
• Designing and executing communication initiatives before and during the launch of new services.
• Planning and conducting training, workshops, and information sessions for various target groups.
• Supporting the business in transitioning to new ways of working and tools.
• Identifying, managing, and tracking activities that strengthen user adoption and change readiness.
• Collaborating with project managers, business representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

We are looking for a communicative and pedagogical change leader with a strong interest in digital transformation and user-centric change management. You have the ability to create engagement, build trust, and translate complex changes into concrete activities that make a difference for users.

You are self-motivated, structured, and accustomed to working in larger organizations where many stakeholders and complex environments require coordination and clear communication.

• Several years of documented experience in a similar role or assignment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI support in workflows.
• Experience in communication and launching new digital services.
• Experience from larger organizations or complex business environments.
• Experience in planning and conducting training and workshops.
• Excellent ability to create engagement and drive change initiatives.
• Good pedagogical and communication skills in both speech and writing.

• Certification in change management, e.g., Prosci.
