Description

We are looking for you who want to make a difference for a 30-year-old woman who needs support to have a functional and meaningful everyday life. She enjoys, among other things, grilling, swimming, going to the cinema, walking, and listening to music. To make everyday life work, she needs support from her assistants who make daily life understandable, clear, and safe. As an assistant, you always work with a colleague (double assistance) as the job requires great attention to catch signals of changing moods and needs early.

Your Role

The tasks consist of pedagogically supporting the woman in her everyday life. You also handle contacts with relatives, social contacts, and authorities that are important in the woman's life. Social documentation is done digitally.

You should be able to work all shifts during the day; day/evening/night (on-call) and weekends.

Who are you?

You who apply need to be calm and stable with the ability to communicate in a clear and pedagogical way. We believe that you like to work according to a structure where details are crucial for succeeding in the assignment.

A suitable background for the work can be experience in psychiatry, personal assistance, and/or social services. Personal suitability will be decisive in the selection process.

Knowledge and experience from low-affective handling are meritorious.
